Payment of the order may be by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Payment cannot be made by Cash on Delivery.
When paying by credit/debit card, BRAVO SNORKEL provides access to a secure space by means of the payment gateway of the customer’s bank, where you can enter your details to make the payment securely.
When using Paypal, BRAVO SNORKEL redirects you as the customer to the page where you can pay for the order using your Paypal account or credit/debit card without need to register.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, BRAVO SNORKEL will send you an email with the details to make the transfer. You should quote the order code as the concept. The transfer must be made within 3 working days from receipt of the email sent by BRAVO SNORKEL. Once you have made the transfer, you must send proof of payment by email.

The order is taken to be placed when the Customer clicks on the “Proceed to checkout” box on the purchase form. BRAVO SNORKEL will not proceed to send the products until it has checked that all the data provided are correct and received payment confirmation from the Customer.
In the case of shipments to countries and destinations within the European Economic Community (UE) (except Malta and Cyprus), carriage is included in the price indicated on the website. There may be special rates for shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Gibraltar, the Azores and Madeira, rates that will be shown at the time of placing the order.
Shipments to non-member countries of the European Union will have an export cost that will be indicated directly in the shopping basket. Any customs duties or levies due at those destinations shall always be paid by the Customer. However, the amount due cannot be provided at the time of purchase.
In the case of intercontinental shipments, BRAVO SNORKEL shall calculate the carriage in each case once the Customer has placed the order and indicated the destination. BRAVO SNORKEL will then send the Customer a link by email, with the total amount of the purchase, including carriage, so the customer can then decide whether or not to place the order. Any customs duties or levies due at those destinations shall always be paid by the customer.
All shipments to Europe will be delivered by DPD and its agents. The delivery time for Spain and Portugal will be 1 or 2 working days, while it will be 3 to 5 days for other European destinations depending on the delivery region. Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday except for bank holidays. We ship items weekly from our facilities on Tuesdays and Thursdays (following day in the case of bank holidays). Delivery times should thus be calculated from those days for the orders confirmed and paid before 14.00 hours (GMT+1) on those days.
Intercontinental shipments are transported by the Aéreo Express service for a quick delivery, even though it is expensive due to the volume of the snorkel kit boxes. The majority of deliveries will be by DHL with a delivery time of 2 to 9 days for all destinations worldwide. In the case of wholesale deliveries to professional distributors, the products will be sent by Maritime service. Those orders involve sending large amounts of products and are shipped using this service to ensure the lowest possible cost. A quote will be given in each case according to the customer’s specifications and order.
In urgent cases, the customer can request an express shipment, following the instructions that appear on the website.
BRAVO SNORKEL presents its products using images and texts in the most realistic way possible, with utmost diligence and accuracy. However, the colour that appears on screen and other details may be slightly different from those of the product itself due to the effect of the presentation and reproduction technical process. Returns and right of withdrawal
You as the Customer are entitled to withdraw from the purchase (making it void) within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal shall only be accepted if the product sent is in perfect condition and with its original packaging. The payment for returning the product will be by the same means as for the original payment within 30 days. The shipping costs will not be repaid to the Customer and the cost of returning the product is to be paid by the Customer.
It is up to you as the Customer to check that the product received by the transport company is in good condition. Should that not be the case, you should report the incidents to BRAVO SNORKEL. BRAVO SNORKEL will propose a solution for you. In case of returning a product as the result of a flaw or error, the cost of returning and/or changing the product will be paid by BRAVO SNORKEL.
Those cases will apply provided that the product has not been used and is returned in the same condition and packaging that the Customer received it in.
Transport will be paid by the Customer except when defective products have arrived at the destination or when the wrong product is received. If the product is wrong or defective, BRAVO SNORKEL will proceed to change the product or return the amount paid in full.
The BRAVO SNORKEL product range comes with a 5-year warranty.
The data provided will be processed by BRAVO DEAL, SL (BRAVO SNORKEL), as the Data Controller, in order to keep a record of the people with which there is a relationship given that they receive BRAVO SNORKEL products. The data shall be processed for the performance of the contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation). The data may be notified to the Tax Authority.
